The main Villa of the five-building compound has been newly refurbished into an intimate Beachfront Boutique Hotel, the second floor of which features six beautifully finished & individually decorated residences, four 1bdrm Suites & two Studios.
The space
This listing is for the Bougainvillea Studio, one of six different newly refurbished and redecorated apartment residences on the second floor of the Villa Building at Hummingbird Beach Hideaway (HBH).
The Bougainvillea Studio is a custom-designed & furnished studio apartment located on the ocean side of the Villa, offering beautiful ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves washing onto the beach. As can be seen from the pictures included with this listing the Bougainvillea Studio is well-constructed with vaulted beamed ceilings and tile floors and has a powerful A/C.
The floorplan features a generous sleeping & sitting area, with a Queen-size bed and a large (queen size) sofa-bed for extra sleeping accommodation. The 40” LED Wifi/Smart TV is well located and on an adjustable wall mount for convenient viewing. In addition to the coffee table in the sitting area, there is also an eating table & two chairs convenient to the kitchenette. The deluxe kitchenette has the essentials for preparing or serving, including a full-size microwave, a two-burner cook surface, and a full-size refrigerator. The spacious bathroom includes a double sink lavatory and walk-in shower.
Guest access
All the guests at Hummingbird Beach Hideaway share the use of the huge, gracious Veranda that runs all along the Oceanside of the ground floor of the Villa. This inviting and relaxing 1,600+ sq foot gathering space offers both cool shade and a continuous trade winds breeze while affording an expansive view of the entire beach and the steady soothing sound of the surf on the sand.
Other things to note
Hummingbird Beach Hideaway is happy to accommodate Special Events including weddings, family reunions, management retreats, training programs, yoga retreats, etc. Generally, these events are booked months in advance & will take all of our available residences during their event. And it is worth noting that we can arrange for a large tent on our east lawn area and still have room to park up to 100 cars on the grounds. Please inquire to the resident Property Manager for more information regarding Special Events at HBH.
